Review:
During our trip planning, we read a lot of recommendations from here and local travel magazines/guides about this French cuisine . Therefore we make online reservation before our trip, as we afraid it will be a full house for walk in visit.

The classy decor no doubt is excellent in ambient and style, together with very nice & smart crew to serve us well. I’ve chose a set dinner that focus on Seafood. They are delicious! The shrimp and scallop are so fresh and seasoned just right. My appetizer & main course taste excellent overall, especially when comparing with my fiancee’s overdone duck breast.

Desserts & chocolate snacks are very good as well. Again, I must emphasize the chocolate is really good for it silky smoothness and richness. This really bring us to the heaven.

With all these taste bud joyfulness, however, I was pushed off the cliff all of a sudden, because of a sip of coffee. It was totally burnt & sour (not fruity, don’t mix up) with serious burnt bitterness! As a coffee lover, I would say it’s not even matching the Charbucks thingy. Cuppucino come with same burnt taste, and very lousy foam on top. They were so bad that we try not to waste it but we can’t. It’s like cheap lousy coffee produce by canteen/fast food shop in our home country.

A fine dinning should be perfect or at-least-smooth from start to the end, and we come this far to expect this. This final blow knock me unguarded, totally disappointing me for the whole dinner & expectations. Please, although coffee might consider a tiny portion in a meal, why serve the worst product?

I would say the food are good, and the chef seems to be strong in seafood, pastry/dessert & chocolate. They really worth your penny & expectations. However, truly, avoid the coffee. Please choose some other after-meal drinks.
